If you submitt a file and it is the wrong file you must send us a email right away too chad@altituestudio.com. Please make sure all emails are sent within the half hour time frame you sent your files in to us. Please read the terms and conditions before you upload your art work.

Please remember:

1. For 24 hour rush, files must be submitted by 4pm EST. We do not accept 24 hour rush on business cards.
2. For regular turnaround, files must be submitted by 6pm EST. For all files submitted after the cutoff, the order will be processed on the next business day.
3. We print Monday through Thursday evenings. If you submit an order on Thursday after 6pm, it will not ship until Tuesday. We do not ship on Saturdays.

Turnaround
Deal with the source! We can guarantee a 48 hour turnaround* Since your job is done in-house we are able to determine our own turnaround time. The only thing keeping us from producing our product any faster is technology, which we work on the brink of.

Anchored by two 40'', seven color Komori presses with in-line aqueous gloss coaters, our facility includes digital cutting stations, folders, stitchers and die-cutting equipment as well. Additionally, our
