Deposits

Deposits for web and programming: deposits are non-refundable. If you the client choose to back out for any reason you will not be entitled to get your deposit back. Deposits are collected for us to attempt to achieve what you the client is asking for. Your adviser will let you the client know what you will have to put down for your deposit. Programming, is based on 125.00 hr (this includes spec sheet write ups) revised date: 5/12/2007. If you back out of any work you are not entitled to get your deposit back at all.

Psd Approval

You the client must make sure to check psd for design approval before we can continue. If Psd is sent to us by another design house we will not implement things unless it was asked for and on spec sheet, and the price was worked out. Their has been to many issues where clients have sent Psd done by another design house and expect we would provide features in back end and coding of the site. 4/16/2007

Request By Client

Request by clients this may be by email or verbal over the phone requesting things beyond the spec sheet will be doc for billing purposes. If a client has asked for work outside spec sheet and refuses to pay, we reserve the right not to upload until payment has been made.

Effective Jan 1, 2009

Web-Programming jobs are to be paid 100% up front before we can proceed. Any other work including add-ons after a spec sheet has been approved, will be require payment up front before work can progress. All print jobs must be paid up front before your job can be printed. Graphic Design - must put down a 50% deposit if over 1000.00 if under you are required to pay out front before a designer can start. These terms will be forced.

Paypal Payments

Paypal payments made to us, please be sure you add an additional 3% to the total, we must asset this fee due to our rates are already low and we can't afford to go any lower. The other option is for you to login into your paypal account click send money than click send as personal than click amount owed. Failure to do this with result in us having to send another money request so we may start on requested work.
